Become a Stallholder

The Greater Hornby Residents Association welcomes applications from potential stallholders to take part in our monthly markets, held at South Hornby School, 35 Amyes Road, on the second Saturday of each month. All applications must be received at least 2 weeks prior to the date of the markets you are applying to attend. We ask for quite a lot of information, so that we can best promote your business at our market. Application does not guarantee acceptance into the markets requested, and we reserve the right to reject applications if we already have vendors selling similar products, or the products being sold are not new, or re-purposed.

    Which market date(s) are you applying for?(Required)
    Tick any which you'd like to be a stallholder at. You will be invoiced prior to the market dates, with payment in full confirming your application for the date invoiced. You will be invoiced for all selected markets at once. Please make sure you have read the refund policy in our terms and conditions before selecting dates.
    Preferred Stallholder Site Size(Required)
    We have 2 sized indoor sites available, and outdoor sites available as well. For anything food related or needing power, we can only offer outdoor sites. Food vehicles - please state in the comments area below the dimensions you need for your space so we can make sure to give you enough room without impacting your neighbours. Outdoor sites will be positioned under the schools verandah where possible, but will need to be able to provide their own shelter if needed. We will do our best to accommodate your preference, and will let you know as soon as we can if we are unable to match your request
    Power
    Outdoor sites may also request power access. All equipment / cabling using provided power must display a current electrical safety WOF / safety tag. 1x power connection allows 2400W capacity). All connections will be assumed to be a standard 3 pin NZ plug. We do have limited capability to cater for caravan plugs and other higher current configurations, or if you need more than one power connection, so let us know if your power needs are 'non-standard' in the additional application information section below
    Anything else you need us to know about? For example, if you need additional power, or have a food setup that won't fit in a 3x3m space, or would prefer to be located next to another stallholder etc.
